|METHOD OF SHIPMENT- DOMESTIC
All orders for in-stock merchandise usually leave our warehouse within 48 hours of order placement. Unless otherwise specified, we will use FedEx Ground Service for shipments within the United States, not including Alaska or Hawaii. Standard Overnight and 2-day services are also available. Call 610.489.7620 for additional shipping requests and prices.
Your email address will be used both to contact you about any problems that may arise in the processing of your order, as well as serving as a contact point for our shipper to send you an email notification that the order has shipped and to supply you with a tracking number. If you have questions about the location of your order, please check the email address you provided first to see if you have already received this information.
Orders that have been requested to be shipped 2-day or Overnight will be sent out the next business day.
Please make sure you have all the items you require before placing the order. If you do need to make a second order for a forgotten item, there will be a separate shipping charge.
Weights shown on OpticalDisplays.com are individual, un-packaged item weights. Maximum individual item weight for FedEx Ground, Standard Overnight and 2-Day Service is 150lbs. Orders that include individual items that exceed the maximum weight for the shipment method selected will not calculate shipping costs upon checkout. OpticalDisplays.com will contact you to process the shipping charges before your order is shipped.
METHOD OF SHIPMENT- ELEVATION CABINET SYSTEM
Elevation product has a different shipping amount because they ship LTL with inside delivery. Charges are per quantity with a max of $700. Charges are as follows:
- OD073 $300.00
- OD074 $220.00
- OD075 $246.00
- OD076 $186.00
Elevation Dispensing Tables ship FedEx Ground. Standard FedEx Ground charges apply.
For addresses outside the United States, shipping procedures will vary. Call 610.489.7620 for prices.
International orders require higher shipping costs, which will be determined just prior to shipping. Orders that require International Shipping will not calculate shipping costs upon checkout. Occasionally we may not have your entire order in stock. We will be happy to ship out the bulk of your order immediately and back order the missing items. When the remainder of your order becomes available, we will at that time charge your account and send it to you with no additional shipping charges.
WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER
Please check through your order and report any shortages, damages or errors within 48 hours. If you have any concerns please call us at 610.489.7620.
All returns must have a return goods authorization number, which is valid fourteen (14) days from insurance. To receive a return authorization number call Opticaldisplays.com at 610-489-7620 and have the following information ready:
- Customer Number
- Product Identification Number
- Opticaldisplays.com order number or invoice number
- Nature of problem
Return Shipping Instructions
Write the return authorization number clearly on the return shipping label. Returns must be shipped freight prepaid and insured.
Return Authorization Criteria
Returns for credit will not be accepted after thirty (30) days from the invoice date. Items must be returned in like-new condition.
Unless the product is found innately defective or was shipped in error, all freight charges, a 20% restocking charges, and any special costs incurred by Opticaldisplays.com shall be fully borne by the company requesting the return.
Failure to follow return procedures as detailed above may result in credit refusal. Rejected merchandise will be returned to you at your expense.
